Availability uses all recorded outstanding quantities. Review date only determines overdue labels; this is not a historical stock report.

How to use
- Add item names, total quantities and storage locations.
- Record borrower, quantity and dates; enter partial or full returns as they happen.
- Review outstanding/overdue loans, export reports and save editable JSON before closing.
Before you start
Up to 200 item types, 500 loans and 20 return entries per loan; quantities are whole numbers 1–9,999, stock 0–9,999. Available stock = total stock minus all recorded outstanding quantities. Dates label records; changing the review date only changes overdue status, not historical stock. The due date itself is not overdue; the next day is. For example, borrow 3 of 5 and return 1: 3 remain available and 2 outstanding. Return dates must not precede issue dates. No reservations, item serial-number tracking, late fees, notifications, accounts or synchronization. Items with loan history cannot be removed; recorded loans may be deleted to correct mistakes, with 30-step undo. JSON up to 2 MB for explicit save/reopen. Inputs and drafts are not automatically saved; exports include all saved entries, regardless of filters. CSV protects formula-like text, and the HTML report can be printed. No historical inventory reconstruction.
