Arrange PDF pages for folded booklets. Preview sheet order, choose left/right binding, margins and A4/Letter paper, then download a locally prepared print PDF.
How to use
- Choose a PDF and the page range; check the padded page count and sheet map.
- Set paper, binding, margins and booklet grouping, then generate and preview the imposed PDF.
- Download and test-print the first front/back sheet before printing the whole booklet.
Before you start
One ordinary PDF, up to 50 MB / 200 pages; output up to 100 MB. Rejects encryption, forms, signatures, attachments and page annotations (including links/highlights). Visible CropBox intersected with MediaBox and page rotation are used; content is embedded rather than rasterized. Bookmarks, original metadata and document-level features are not retained. Range order is respected and duplicates removed. Blank pages are appended to each booklet to reach a multiple of four: eight pages become front 8|1, back 2|7 on the outer sheet. Choose one booklet or groups of up to 16/32 logical pages. Output is already imposed, landscape, two logical pages per PDF page; print as ordinary one-page-per-sheet duplex, not Booklet again. Start by testing one sheet at actual size; driver flip direction and feed order vary. No automatic printing, creep compensation or professional press marks.
